We've been huge fans of The Black Swan in Helmsley for many years, so we greeted the hotel’s approach for some Brand Development and ongoing campaign work with genuine pleasure and unfeigned enthusiasm.

The Black Swan isn’t your typical hotel. Some hotels focus on accommodation first, with food seen as a secondary, somewhat perfunctory service. The Black Swan, however, delights in its delicacies, injecting real passion into its culinary offering. Put simply, the hotel loves food.

Our branding added a new lease of life, giving the hotel room to play and explore its possibilities. The campaign work centres on the food element of its offering. With three rosettes to the Black Swan’s name and aspirations towards a coveted Michelin Star, this is exactly as it should be.
